This article introduces the technical specification selected in reasonable and comprehensive for Wan Qing Sha, a large TSHD, complying with the principle of that the shipbuilding of a new dredger must cater for the need of the dredging market and the developing of the enterprise, and make the dredger to be built one with 21 centurys update level, have high dredging efficiency and lower operating costs.
