Multiple Use of the Dredged Material in Dredging Works for Guangzhou Nansha Terminal

摘要：

The paper describes briefly that during Phase I of construction work in Nansha port, the project team fully utilized the chance and predominance of multi-projects management and combined with the features of six different works, made the plan as a whole and mobilized the resources reasonably and multiple-use various dredged materials.A maximal cost benefit has been achieved to the company.
