The paper introduces the Beluga system, developed with the technologies of multi-beam survey, that has features as high precision and easy to post-processes and information-based function etc., and specifies its application instances in some field, such as dredging and reclamation projects, investigation activities to calamities caused by earthquake and typhoon, the construction work of seamount range etc.
