Application of Computer Wireless Network to Dredging Projects

摘要：

It is absolutely necessary to dispatch, supervise and manage dredgers, especially carry out a real time dynamic monitoring of them during the period of dredging operations. The establishment of wireless local area network (LAN) and the automatisation of timely accurate transmission of tidal levels are proposed in this paper to improve operating conditions and make the management of the project more efficient and effective.
