Portable Anti-Collision Wireless Data Acquisition System
In order to improve the response time and accuracy of communications, avoid the data interfere with each other (collision) in wireless data acquisition system when several data acquisition units transmit data to the Central Service System (CSS) simultaneously, decrease the power-consumption of the system, two hands are improved. One is designed an improved anti-collision model that is time-division multiplexing address (TDMA) with the inquiry priority based on broadcast in call number. It can control the time slice without carrier wave synchronization. The period of call number can shorten automatically when one of the wireless data acquisition units hasnt request for transmitting. The waiting period for important data acquisition unit can be shortened. The other hand is making use of the super low power-consumption single chip, some pre-treatment circuit of wireless data monitoring is taken place of, such as A/D conversion, digital-filtering, LCD display driving, alarming, as well as the wireless transmit-receive module inactive state and operation state controlling. The conclusions are size and power-consumption of the system has been reduced, the response time and accuracy of communication is improved. The design of the hardware interface between the single chip microcomputer and the wireless transmit-receive module is presented in this paper; the communication protocol is also described in detail.
