Bi2Ru2O7 Conductive Phase and its Effects on the Gauge Factor of Ru_based Thick-film Resistors

摘要：

With Bi2Ru2O7 as the conductive phase, a new type of thick-film strain resistor is made, whose gauge factor (GF) is up to 15～17 and its work temperature is up to 150℃. The method of Bi2Ru2O7 conductive phase and the sensitive material is introduced. The effects the conductive phase particle size between of the GF of the Ru_based thick-film strain resistor is discussed mainly. And the conduction mechanism is also explained.
