Structure and Cycling Behavior of LiCu0.05Mn1.95O3.9F0.1 Cathode for Lithium-ion Batteries
The anion-cation multiple doped LiCu0.05Mn1.95O3.9F0.1 used as cathode material was synthesized by sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction showed that the sample has perfect spinel structure. Scanning electron microscope showed that the particles of the material are submicron with regular shape. The results of the charge-discharge curves showed that LiCu0.05Mn1.95O3.9F0.1 had better performance than undoped LaMn2O4 material.
