Combined System for Biological Removal of Nitrogen and Carbon from Nylon-6 Production Wastewater
A combined system consisting of hydrolysis acidification, denitrification and nitrification reactors was used to removal carbon and nitrogen from the nylon-6 production wastewater. The effects of circumfluence ratio, and DO concentration on the system performance were analyzed. Results showed that when the circumfluence ratio was 3, DO of the hydrolysis acidification reactor, the first submerged biofilm reactor and the second submerged biofilm reactor were 0.5~1.0 mg·L-1, 3.0~3.3 mg·L-1 and 1.8~2.3 mg·L-1, respectively, the system performance was the optimal and CODcr and TN removal efficiency was up to 95.85% and 61.04%.
