Preparation and Characterization of La1-xSrxCr1-yMny O3-δ Anode Material for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell by Solid State Reaction

La1-xSrxCr1-yMnyO3-δ (LSCM) anode material of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) was prepared by solid state reaction method. The microstructure and properties of LSCM was tested via differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermo-gravimetric analysis ( TGA) , X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning election microcopy (SEM), AC impedance and four-probe direct current methods. Single-phase was prepared after being sintered at 1 250 ℃ and 1 350 ℃ for 15 h respectively. The electronic conductivity of LSCM enhanced with the temperature increasing and reached 29.2 S/cm at 850 ℃ in air. The AC impedance spectra show LSCM has good ionic conductivity.
