Decision Process Reengineering of Outsourcing Based on Manufacturing Specification Management

摘要：

Outsourcing decision-making is related widely factors which are complex and multi- perspectives problems. It is necessary a visual logic process which could be used to recognize complex decision processes in order to let the problems be discussed under an open environment. AS-IS outsourcing process of decision is analyzed by IDEFO which includes the faults such as only operational consideration for continuous production and short aim of profit and no strategic consideration for core manufacturing competence acquiring and holding. Re-engineering of outsourcing decision process is carried out based on above from perspectives of object, subject, outcome of decision and supplier selection.
