Leading the Enterprise Progress with Five-Rank & Six-Dimension Evaluation Framework on Equipment Management
In industries there are many evaluation standard systems on quality, safety, environment and health, such as ISO, HSE, OHSAS and so on, but no maintenance audit framework. In the standard systems as mentioned above, the two-value logic is usually used. In other words, the audit to an enterprise should be passed or not, alternatively. In order to improve it, we originally set up a five-rank, six-dimension evaluated framework with six-value logic (from 0 to 5), and six assessing categories With this framework, we may guide the enterprise making progress step by step, with a comprehensive and integrative development.
