Research on Maintenance Strategy Based on Knowledge
In order to improve the maintenance business level of company and provide it with intelligent maintenance support, a maintenance strategy based on knowledge was proposed. Firstly, the conceptual of maintenance knowledge was introduced and the transformation of maintenance knowledge from tacit to explicit was researched as well. Then this maintenance knowledge was described with the form of maintenance record. Secondly a kind of maintenance system workflow based on knowledge was put forward, in which the topic characteristic of maintenance requirement was described with a mixed vector space model, and maintenance knowledge base was constructed through the processes of topic template training, unknown maintenance topic analytics and maintenance topic classify. Based on these, a cosine distance algorithm was adopted to classify the maintenance requirement topic by similarity measure. Finally several key technologies mentioned above were explained in detail.
