Systematic Equipment Management and Enterprise Benefit: Equipment Management and Maintenance
Based on deep analysis of the measures and functions of systematic management, this paper, aiming at the characters of urban bus, introduces an idea of transforming maintenance concept from trouble maintenance to preventative maintenance. Through essential adjustments of enterprises institutional framework and business management procedures, a set of overall vehicle equipment management system is designed to track maintenance parameters. With accumulation of historical maintenance data, the system can make rational decisions for equipments maintenance in advance. Finally, with SBG(Shenzhen Bus Group) as an example, this paper figures out the benefits of implementing systematic management.
