Study on Equipment Maintenance Technology

摘要：

Aiming at prolonging longevity, equipment maintenance technology should set out from diagnosis, not only to diagnose the fault, but also to prevent accidents and keep current equipment in good state. To diagnose and prevent accidents, electromotor performance curve, logistic state from sides of normalization, gently abnormity, abnormity and fault, and extension theory are adopted. Equipment maintenance technology methods with combination of allopathy and cause therapeutics are put forward, and the guidelines and strategy of three Yuan, three Zhi and three Xian isms are applied from the angle of reorganization to action, while result of adopting reasonable methods to prolong longevity are found.
