Discussion of Decision Framework ModeBased on the Idea of Modern Maintenance
Aiming at the characteristics and shortcoming of maintenance management mode both at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a decision framework mode based on the idea of modern maintenance. This mode is established with the combination of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and green maintenance. It not only considers reliability, maintainability and economics but also pursues sociality, environment and sustainable development. This paper discusses concretely the approach of green maintenance, system model, design of green maintenance scheme and application in machinery maintenance. Finally, an example is given which applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the degree of enterprises maintenance engineering.
