Decision-Making Research of New Materiel Maintenance Tasks
This paper discussed the shortcomings of the traditional materiel maintenance policy. According to the analyzing of the fault rate curve, the relation between new materiel fault type and maintenance decision-making can be decided. Based on the actual operating technical state, considering the task and the requirement of the materiel for the task, the analyzing of the maintenance decision-making can be done as well as the definitude of the fault and the maintenance requirement Choosing and optimizing the maintenance methods correctly, such as conditional maintenance, time-based maintenance and fault maintenance, can insure mat the maintenance task requirement is fulfilled by the least maintenance workload, which can avoid insufficient maintenance, over-maintenance and blind maintenance, and which can improve the materiel using rate, reduce the maintenance intensity, reduce the maintenance cost and enhance the maintenance efficiency.
