Design and Technical Research of Intelligent Maintenance Support System of Engineering Equipment
Based on the technology of case-based reasoning (CBR), the structure model of intelligent maintenance support system of engineering equipment (IMSSOEE) is constructed. The principle of intelligent maintenance of CBR is analyzed in detail, and all relevant key technologies, such as case collecting, case processing, case knowledge representation, case retrieving and matching, case learning program and case maintenance, are systematically studied using CBR technology. Then IMSSOEE is developed using Visual C++6.0.The results show that the system is very easy to use and of high intelligence, which makes fault diagnosis and maintenance accurate and fast. In a word, the maintenance efficiency and whole supporting capability of engineering equipment are both improved through the system.
