Study on Corresponding Relation between Ratings and Intervals during Process of Maintenance Program Development

摘要：

This paper gave a method of establishing maintenance intervals for a kind of new-model aircrafts, which includes the confirming indexes for evaluation, establishing and integrating the index rates, defining the intervals of maintenance tasks, and setting up the corresponding relations between rates and intervals. At last, an example on environmental deterioration analysis for structure maintenance program was given. This method firstly adopted the theory of probability and recursive equation for both integration multi-index rates and modeling of rates and intervals, which is not only helpful to cancel the character checks in the future and establish more accurate maintenance intervals, but also convenient for maintenance task package during the process of developing maintenance task cards.
