The Development Trend & Characteristics of CBM System

摘要：

The automation of mechanical equipments makes it more complicated than before. Many enterprises have realized the fact that Condition based Maintenance (CBM) is more effective than the traditional maintenance techniques in improving the efficiency of the factories and reducing the uncertainty of the equipments. Especially, the intelligent wireless CBM systems develop rapidly, and more and more enterprises are interested in them. Based on the comparison between CBM and two kinds of traditional maintenance techniques, this paper studies the principle of remote intelligent maintenance, the process of the intelligent forecast or decision, and the characteristics of intelligent wireless CBM. Implementing intelligent wireless CBM in equipments can reduce failure rate, save maintenance costs, prolong manufacturing period and the equipments operating life. The intelligent wireless CBM will be the trend of CBM development.
