A Simple Calculation Method for the Hidden Function Checking Model in RCM

This paper Established the checking interval model for hidden failure. Under the condition that we know the reliability of the equipment protected and the reliability of the protection device, we can apply the model established to calculate the periodical checking interval in accordance with the specific availability requirement.
