Research of Fuzzy Comprehensive Decision in Aero-Engine Maintenance
To cope with the maintenance decision of aero-engine, a sort of fuzzy comprehensive decision method is put forward. Maintenance fuzzy comprehensive decision template is constructed by assembling all the subjection functions of all possible engine fault modes together, the distance between currant engine fault symptom condition and every fault mode in the aero-engine maintenance fuzzy comprehensive decision template is calculated, the shortest distance is taken as the decision result. The general principle of the method and the method of fuzzy description of current engine fault symptom are illuminated,. Compared with the existent decision methods of complicated equipment maintenance, the method can be put into practice easily. The application case gives credits to its effectiveness.
