The Fault Diagnosis Application on Shielded Pumps Based on FTA

摘要：

This paper analyzes the faults of shielded pump based on Fault Tree Analysis. The fault tree of shielded pump is established and the events most likely to cause the system failure are identified according to the calculation of structure importance measure and the determination of the minimal cut sets. And the suggestion could be given by analyzing the fault mode and mechanism which is helpful to simplify the monitoring, diagnosis, and repair of the system and the exploitation of fault diagnosis system for the shielded pump.
