Diagnosis Decision of Electronic Equipment Based on Multiple Source Fuzzy Information Fusion

Modern electronic equipments are more and more complex, and the probability of failure is increasing correspondingly. It turned difficult to realize the diagnosis and location of fault with single measuring equipment. A kind of diagnosis method based on information fusion is presented in this paper, it can utilize the mutual information of multiple measuring equipments; and a multiple source fuzzy judgment fault diagnosis algorithm is constructed. So it provides a choice for fault diagnosis decision of electronic equipment.
