The Testing Method of the Frequency Shift Keying Signals Based on DSP
The FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) signals transmit safe driving message by track circuits in railway transportation. The testing method of this kind of signals in high resolution is such important means that guarantees safety. On the basis of the characteristics and analysis of FSK signals spectrum, this paper puts forward a high resolution testing method which is composed of a signal processing algorithm and hardware based on DSP. In order to resume the original signal from the sampling process and avoid FSK signals mixing, UST (Under-rate Sampling Technology) and FFT (Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm) were introduced in the algorithm. Meanwhile, the DSP module makes up the nucleus of the signal processing hardware, which mainly ensures a real-time ability of the algorithm with its rapid computation.
