Maintainability Analysis Based on Virtual Maintenance Simulation System
This paper presents our work on the development of a virtual maintenance simulation system for maintainability application. Discuss the systems characteristic and its general framework. Techniques of the system such as maintenance process decomposing and maintenance action design, virtual prototype modeling and maintainability analysis are resolved. The system is composed of virtual maintenance prototype modeling, maintenance simulation, maintainability analysis and evaluation, and system management which are developed under the software of JackTM. The function of each module is discussed. And use a machine to validate the system.
