Research on Virtual Maintenance and Key Technologies
Virtual maintenance can preview the maintenance operation and examine the management project before it is put into effect. It can find out the shortage of the original maintenance plan, and proceed to make improvement in time, and control the risk of maintenance engineering. The virtual maintenance system can estimate the maintenance states, allocate the maintenance resources, shorten practical operation time, train and improve the expertise of technical personnel, and is of high maintenance efficiency and maintenance effectiveness. The key technology of virtual maintenance and the system design are discussed in this paper. The potential applications of virtual maintenance technology in coal muling machinery, maintenance training and maintainability evaluation are also discussed.
