The Application of QFD and FMEA in Software Maintenance

摘要：

Software maintenance is a key field in software engineering. According to the problems reported in software maintenance literature, this paper presents the use of the QFD technique to change users requirements and environment demands into maintenance design demands quickly and exactly. We also report the use of the FMEA technique to find the causes of problems quickly, and recommend solutions.
