Study on Cost Control Model of Equipment Procurement Based on Game Theory

摘要：

The cost control of military equipment procurement is always a contradictive problem between (he military and contractors. This paper not only analyses the game process for equipment procurement and asymmetric information for cost control, but also constructs the principal-agent relation of the equipment procurement. From the aspect of designing incentive mechanism, the game model between the military and contractor is set up. At last, it discusses how the military encourages the contractors to reduce the cost of equipment procurement.
