Evaluation of Equipment Maintenance Scheme Based on AHP

It is very difficult to decide what criterion and which method should be taken to select the best maintenance scheme, which affects not only maintenance cost, but also maintenance quality. Through establishing maintenance scheme evaluation index system and using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the integrated evaluation of the maintenance scheme can be realized, which is helpful to select the best maintenance scheme. With a case, the model is testified to provide an effective, maneuverability integrated evaluating and decision-making tool, and it is useful in getting the best maintenance benefit.
