Research on Planning Model of Maintenance Level Based on Grey System Theory
This paper builds up the planning model of maintenance level by applying the theory of Grey System and Dynamic Programming Strategy. This model was processed by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis according to maintenance technique, maintenance content, manning level and economic benefit, which is based on evaluating and balancing the aircraft maintenance and support resource, maintenance management and actual condition of aircraft. Then quantitative analysis of maintenance level was processed. During the process, it was analyzed how to plan effectively different maintenance level in order to get maximum benefit, based on the defined quantitative index of maintenance system planning. At last, quantity allocation, result analysis and benefit verifying of maintenance level are performed. According to the obtained values of planning model, the example shows that this method is simple and practical, and is of value to project application.
