Electronic Equipment Fault Rule Modeling Research Based on Fault Tree Simulation and Parameter Estimation
The more and more complex structure of the electronic equipment leads to the expanding failure rates and maintenance costs. Thereby they are significant for enhancing the fault diagnosis and fault prediction veracity and ascertaining the maintenance mode and the maintenance cycle and then improving the equipment reliability. We analyzed the fault occurrence rule of the existing electronic equipment and then ascertained its distribution model; and afterwards established fault tree with the system theory knowledge, and then carried out Monte-Carlo simulation according to fault probability distribution of every bottom event in the fault tree and counted related characteristic quantity , and consequently acquired failure data knowledge. The simulation outcome was utilized to carry through failure distribution model parameter estimation and good fit test. Those efficiently solve the puzzle of new-style military electronic equipment fault rule modeling , Besides the system is delaminated or divided into some blocks during simulation, which enhances modeling and simulation efficiency and solves the pattern shooting problem. The results show that the method is efficient to solve the new-style military electronic equipment fault rule modeling.
