The Optimization Model of Maintenance Cycle for Mechanical Equipments and Its Application in Internal Combustion Locomotive
In order to optimize the maintenance strategy of mechanical equipments, the optimization model is established to determine the optimal maintenance cycle. The model fulfills the requirement of availability with minimal maintenance cost and considers the age reduction factor. Its application in internal combustion locomotive illuminates the validity and feasibility of the model by employing MATLAB.
