Preparation and EMI Shielding Effectiveness of Conductive Paints Filled with Copper Powder
In this paper a kind of copper powder/epoxy resin conductive paints was prepared and its shielding effectiveness tested. The effects of coupling agents KH550, KH570, JSC, and CT136 on the conductivity were tested. The results showed that resistance increased when KH550 or KH570 was added to the paint, while decreased when CT136 or JSC added. The proper content of copper powder was given through experiments. The results showed that the necessary and proper content giving the best conductive ability was 75% for copper powder and 2% for JSC. At last the EMI Shielding Effectiveness was tested.
