Design and Implementation for Testability of Electronic System of Equipment Based on Boundary Scan
Testability is an important approach to improve the test and fault diagnostic capability of modern weapon equipment and is also an important index to evaluate the campaign efficiency of weapon system. In order to solve the testability problem of weapon equipments, a kind of scheme of testability design is brought forward. This scheme applies boundary scan test technology as a standard to improve the testability of electronic system of equipment. The testability design method based on boundary scan and correlation issues of boundary scan test generation algorithm are given in the paper, the validity of this scheme is proved through experiment.
