Study on Scientific Research Management of Equipment Maintenance
Scientific research for equipment maintenance is an important part of construction for equipment maintenance. This paper bases on the normal rule of scientific research work and points out the necessity of enhancing scientific research management work for equipment maintenance, it is believed that scientific research management work for equipment maintenance should combine the hardware construction (the improvement of maintenance research environment and condition) with the software construction (the construction of innovative cultural atmosphere), constitutes a modern scientific research management system which accords with the requirement of the scientific research teams and the strategic and developmental goal of the scientific research academies, and raises a series of advice, which from some aspects such as bringing up the team of talented persons, building cultural atmosphere, building inspiration mechanism, in order to achieve the goal mentioned before.
