Trouble Analysis of Ranging Stability of Certain Photoelectric Product

摘要：

A certain photoelectric product is high-tech and not easy to produce. When the first production is handed over to check, the eligibility rate is only 14.3％.The number of ranging stability failure is up to 31.3％ of the all failures. In order to reduce the trouble frequency and improve its reliability, the authors of this paper try to analyze and solve this typical failure. The analysis method based on the documentations accumulated during acceptance experment of this photoelectric product, is presented.
