Framework for Optimization of Injection Molding
In this paper, we develop a framework for optimization of injection molding. The framework includes both methods for solving optimization problems, i. e. optimization methods based on multi-population genetic evolution with narrowing down space and Kriging approximation model. Numerical examples show that the methods have good accuracy and efficiency. These proposed methods are also suitable for parallel computer systems and grid computing.
