The Effects of Strain Rate and Temperature on the Impact Properties of Kevlar Fiber Bundles
Dynamic tensile tests of Kevlar fiber boundless were performed at 20℃~120℃ and strain rate 400/s~1500/s by means of bar-bar tensile impact apparatus and temperature - controlled box, and the stress-strain curves of fiber boundless at different strain rates and temperature were obtained. The effects of temperature and strain rate on the mechanical properties of Kevlar fiber boundless were analyzed from the stress-strain curves.
