Structural Analysis of Nanocomposites Prepared with Silk Fibroin/Inorganic Solution System
This paper focus on a common protein, silk fibroin, instead of collagen, which exists in bones and tooth. Study on the interaction between calcium hydroxyapatite and silk fibroin is helpful for understanding the mechanism of mineralization in organism. The aim is to examine a series of treated by some metal irons or silicon iron of regenerated silk fibroin solutions adding Ca2+and POT which is formed silk-hydroxyapatite complexes by shearing force, using FT-IR, SEM, TG A and XRD.
