摘要：

FED is a kind of vacuum electron device, and its principle is very similar to that of a traditional CRT, i.e.good brightness, contrast, color purity, view angle, etc.1 Therefore, FED has both the virtues of high image quality of CRT and thin panel and low power consumption. It has attracted popular attention to be thought as the best successor of CRT.
