Progress towards a tunable FBG POF-based filter (Invited Paper)
We present a paper on the experimental development of the first tunable FBG device in single-mode POF utilizing a thin-film resistive heater deposited on the fiber. A wavelength shift of 2nm, wavelength/power coefficient of –13.4pm/mW and τ = 1.7s -1 are achieved.
