COUPLING IN PCF WITH TWO NON-IDENTICAL CORES

We investigate two-core photonic crystal fibers (PCF) with non-identical cores by using super-mode theory.The wavelength dependence of the beat length for different physical conditions has been observed. We find that the beat length has different dependence on the impact factors, compared with twin-core PCFs.
