SCALAR TRANSFER MATRIX METHOD USED TO ANALYZE ARROW VCSEL

摘要：

In this paper, we have introduced a scalar transfer matrix model will be used to study the modal characteristics of the cylindrical multilayered waveguide. Optimum ARROW VCSEL designs to achieve single transverse mode operation have been discussed.
