SATELLITE-TO-GROUND MULTI-ACCESS OPTICAL COMMUNICATION SCHEME

摘要：

It has been well known that optical communications offers significant benefits over conventional (microwave) techniques for usage in space communication. A new satellite-to-ground multi-access optical communication scheme is provided. The scheme uses OMBA (Optical Multi-Beam Antenna) and WDM technology to realize an N×N LEO satellite-to-OGS information exchange through facilities on GEO satellite.
