The Evaluation on Universities Ability of Knowledge Innovation

摘要：

Facing the fierce competition, whether universities can be in an invincible position depends on the ability of knowledge innovation. So how to evaluate universities ability of knowledge innovation becomes very important. The paper puts forward an index system to evaluate this kind of ability according to nature of universities.
