Study on the Training of Innovating Talents of Graduate Student

摘要：

President Hu Jintao proposed we are to found an innovationing country in the national science and technology meeting. While the base of founding innovational country is to train a troop of self-innovating talents, which demonstrates the direction of the education of graduate students, namely to train emphatically innovating talents of graduate students. This thesis begins from the background and significance of the training of innovating talents of graduate students, and points out it is a major tendency of the education of graduate students to train innovating talents of graduate students. Simultaneously the authors advance that the training of innovating talents of graduate students need implement educational innovation, including the innovation of guiding ideology, the innovation of educational links, and the innovation of appraisal and so on. Finally, the authors discuss several views on the training of innovating talents of graduate students.
