On the Education of Innovative Talents
There are some common characters in talent innovative cultivation. From Hong Baos whole-person view, Newmans Gentlemen view, to Mr. Cai Yuanpeis learned and great talented view, they all considered the principal consciousness, practice spirit and good personal quality as the target of cultivating person. High quality is needed for innovative person and it is necessary to develop all-around education. For this reason, we must dream of fulfilling universitys freedom, and the realization of the master teaching. We also need to learn that all-around knowledge is the basic and specialized knowledge is the purpose of the education.
