The Pondering of Cultivating and the Creating the People with Innovation
The competition of integration national development is the competition of national human resources, especially those who with the innovation and creation. The construction the country with innovation will be affected as a result of lack of the human resources with innovation and creation, even although our country has already gained great success in the domain of technology. Therefore, cultivate and create the innovative human resources is vital essential. Base on the new national policy that to develop the country with innovation, this article firstly analyzed four main characters of innovation of the human resource; secondly, suggested five steps in order to cultivate and create the person with innovation. It can be used as a reference article when someone who wants to make relevant decision making.
