Analysis on Training Students Scientific and Technical Innovations in Universities

摘要：

The technical innovation is one of the main functions that universities make contribution to and serve for the national economic construction and the social progress. Fostering the high-quality and outstanding talents is our national universities1 basic duty. This article combines the theoretical teaching and the practice teaching, and emphasis on the raising innovative ability, the teacher own quality and so on. Finally it is mentioned the vital role of the technical innovation is played in the fostering of talented person in universities.
