The era of the knowledge economy, knowledge, technology and talent are important factors of economic growth. The primary role of higher education is distributing knowledge, imparting skill and training talents. Innovation is the soul of a knowledge economy; higher education is a cradle of new scientific theory, a new way of thinking, new products, new technologies and new technology facilities. Therefore, it is important that studying higher education innovation under the background of a knowledge-based economy.
